Apparently LJ's been having a bit of a mass exodus, so I felt guilty for having been so lazy wtih it and decided to post a brief "I'm alive" post.

Still at my 'rents, still working at the JCC, still love it there, got turned down for a subbing position due to budget cuts; but I'm still on the list for when another position makes itself available,

Personally, I blame Facebook. It's quick, its easy, it offers more distractions than Disney World, and you don't even notice that its stolen your soul until you find yourself flipping out over the need to update your status when you don't have connectivity.

We (marcus & I) had been wondering about your mom but didn't want to bother you. Glad to hear she's doing well and you're on solid ground. Hope your foot pain is a quick fix!

Exodus... well, I think myystic's pretty much hit the nail on the head there. I got an account over there... but the last week or two, I find myself spend next to no time over there. Facebook is a resource hog. Both in terms of computer resources, and in terms of personal time and energy.

Since I've been generally short on resources, well...

Mostly, I've been either lurking here, or not really having any net presence at all.

But, I'm still around.
