8 weeks on Tuesday just gone, and had some pretty uncomfortable cramping. Hit panic mode Tuesday night when there was a tiny bit of spotting, as though all the nightmares were back. 3 year wedding anniversary today. Time is flying but at the same time it feels like that three years has been a lot longer. So blessed with my life and family.
Tomorrow is my super big exam. Technically I only need to get 13% on it to pass the year but I want to do well and am angry at myself for not studying more. The last few weeks have been hard ( Read more... ) -
Halfway Mark
Tomorrow is my semester halfway mark. To be honest, I feel better and more in control than I ever dared to hope, which is fantastic. Had a big test on Friday just gone, not sure when I get results, but will confirm I'm on the right track or hopelessly over-estimating my abilities ( Read more... ) -
LJ Gone weird?
So my "post an entry screen" and my "log in" screen are all of a sudden displaying in ridiculously small font. My eye sight is great, but I'm struggling to read it! My friends view and "my journal" view is still displaying normal ( Read more... ) -
Another domestic disaster
Just attempted to make Rice Krispy Treats for the super creative cake I'm making for my baby shower.
Apparently when you melt marshmallows they turn into bubblegum, and bubblegum sticks to EVERYTHING. Where was the warning on the recipe?!?!?!? -
Update on the rat saga
When I got home last night and peeked into the bathroom the rat was still alive though missing lots of fur and not really looking very happy. I decided to call him Arnie as he is like the terminator rat that refuses to go die or go away.

Baby brain
Have been finding over the last few weeks, that baby brain is becoming more pronounced. It was capped off this evening by Drew pulling the butter out of the fridge, to find that there was no butter in the wrapped but instead a pile of rubbish... Freedom!
I have today alone at home (with my currently snoring dog). Aside from a few small chores like vacuuming, washing etc I have NOTHING to do! It is the most wonderfully decadent feeling ever!

Almost over!
Last exam in 50minutes. Then holidays for 3 weeks! Yay! Hoping I've gone really well on my exams. Will find out July 11. Eek!
Shopping tomorrow with M-I-L. Yay! I am so lucky I have fantastic in-laws with whom I can spend time and enjoy seeing without my husband needing to be there. So very lucky!!
