I had more B3 today! Why is it I only blog when I play the organ? Is it because it's so amazing that I just have to write how awesome it is? I don't know. But the real reason I'm writing is because ( I'm jumping on Robbie and Tom's meme bandwagon. )

"2. Last thing you bought? Groceries; apples, bananas, salad mix, tea bags, and a loaf of Italian bread for Kael."

I was totally there for that!

I have two roommates who work at an ice cream shop... they bring home different kinds of ice cream every day, and there are some weird flavours. For instance: beer, pumpkin, hot pepper, Earl Grey, gingersnap... and of course, your classic flavours and any variants. And... I like them all :D Well, not so much the hot pepper, though. I suppose that's not really a sundae topping, but still. I like them all!!

Oh so a toque is a fucking beanie?

Call it a beanie then!

Dude, whenever someone says "beanie", I think this. And that is not nearly as cool as a toque.

And does this mean that the Cat Empire tune "Beanni" is about a dude who wears a toque and not a little cap with a propeller on it? That would make a lot more sense.

Yes, that's right. Lots of skaters wear beanies.

As for your definition of beanie, we call that what it actually is: a propeller cap.

Oh, vernacular. What a peculiar thing.

I heard an American chick call a toque a beanie the other day, although most other Americans I know just call them hats. What a boring word, when they could have either "toque" or "beanie"... lame.

"Propeller cap" just takes all the fun out of naming a stupid thing something to match its stupidity. Wow, that made no sense; sorry :D
