Please go and vote about this issue, and write your congressman today. It's not a disabled vet's fault they were discharged from the army before they could serve their 20 years, and should get all the priveleges a retiree does... Thanks guys! It won't cost the taxpayers anything and it will help out a lot!

So apparently my boyfriend did something right in his life. :) Under the new GI Bill, after August 1st 2009, he gets his higher learning education paid for for 36 months, or longer if he still has benefits left. So he can get a bachelors degree, and if he still has anything left he can continue going, and 1000 dollars a year for books and supplies ( Read more... )
