All I seem to want to do the last couple of days is sleep. And when I'm not sleeping, I feel exhausted. I'm not sure if I'm just rebounding after the insomnia episode(s), and catching up on my sleep debt, or if this is symptomatic of something else

but what you're probably experincing is something that has a slang term callled "sleep drunkenness" your bodie's not used to sleeping so much so it acts funny when you do. try wakeing yoruself up after just 8 hours and see how you feel. anyways that's just my suggestion :)
