So, I've lost abt 2 kgs in a week and half. My goal was to lose 5kgs in 4 weeks, by eating less. It's working, because I'm basically starving myself. The thing is, I live with my family so I have to eat what they eat, and since they eat way too much carbs, and there's no healthy alternative, I just skip meals. It's stupid but food is my enemy
