Today
By most standards, today should've been a good day. My hair was really cooperating, my boss has confirmed I will be getting a 3% raise and that I'm going to Korea, and my classes went smoothly and without mishap. Plus, today was a gorgeous day. Pedro Update
Many, many thanks to those that posted in my last entry and are sending well-wishes to Pedro. He'll need them, and his human is very touched, as well.
So, what happened, exactly? It still just boggles my mind because it happened so *fast*, but here goes my summary. ( Cut for those who don't care to hear the gory details, and yes, Pedro will live. ) -
Not just another Sunday...wish it was.
Pedro was just viciously attacked by a large dog on our walk.
He's alive, but he's in emergency surgery now.
Everything feels so unreal. -
