Yune is Chaos, so obviously, she can. Virgilia is not human either, so she should be able to? idk it's complicated. Celty is a fae, so she can. Rip is a vampire, who was human once, but isn't anymore, so... idk what you wanna go with there.

Accelerator is complicated. He's an artificial angel and his powers have divine properties, but technically he's human at the core? The important bit appears to be that he is "He who wields a piece of power that equates to God."
