so school was cancelled two days in a row because everyone was sick. i thought i was out to the clearing, but suddenly, last night, i became very ill. i have been laying in bed all day and am quite sore today. another thing that sucks is this friggin south beach diet shit. i am hungry even whilst i am sick in bed! there is something wrong with that

Are you doing the first phase of the south beach? Because I can not stress enough that if you do not do it the diet will not work (ask Corby's mom) And also cheating really will slow down any quick results. I would suggest just being a bitch for 2 weeks and getting the pounds off. It is worth it. Plus don't you just hate being dependent on certain FOODS!!

well i had to end the diet today, and because of the shower, i HAD to eat the cake and wraps i made. but alas i am finally determined to start anew on monday. i think it will be two days of left overs....haha tell james about the bitch part, try and get him to jump on that;-) that is why i cried instead.
