This is the guy I meant. Will update when Wikipedia tells me artist/title. Wikipedia failed, Mogara wins: she tells me it's "Portrait of Vladimir Soloviev" by Ivan Kramskoy.

then i googled kramskoy (painter of shishkin portrait) and well. .. it seems impossible that anyone else painted your portrait there.

3 quarters way down page. it says "KPAMCKO" (kramskoy) after "KPAKEP" (cracker) and the 3rd picture link is soloviev, after 2 portraits of middle-aged hottie leo tolstoy
