It's strange though, that we only count American losses. Sure, American lives mean more to us than the lives of others, but compared to how many Iraqis are dying, 30 Americans seems like nothing. Every Day we kill hundreds of them. Every single day. There was an article I read that was published by a soldier in Iraq that explains things in a different light. The only news we see is the bad news, and that really should change.

People dying prematurely because of war, no matter what side they're on, is bad. But you nor I are over there and everything found in any article is some sort of propaganda published for a target audience. Next time you go to Iraq, when you come back tell me who's right. ...but thats another discussion.

We don't really care about what's right or what's nice. We just want to be able to drive our damn cars without having to pay $2 a gallon for gas!

Serves them right for hording all that precious oil.

How's that new rice-burner car working out for you?

Can you imagine what is going to happen in 25 years when the only US uranium mine is empty?

Is it bad to live by Darwin's "Survival of the Fittest" when a country thinks you are leading them with Christian Values?

Who's to say what is right or "nice"?

To save our own people or salvage others?
