Honestly, Billy and I make a great yearly salary. And I get paid well for picking up shifts at other offices. However, it will take us a few years to get out of my loans. My boss is gone for two weeks and I will be running the clinic all on my own. I'm nervous but a little excited. I know I'll do a good job. I love my job!

So, It's official...I love my job. I just finished my second week at the peds clinic and I love it. Most of the time I am working my butt off seeing lots of sick and well children. I have my first week at my new job behind me and....I love it. It is so much fun to treat children all day. I hate to see them sick but love it when I can help make them feel better. Today I got the kids the FluMist vaccine. I got the flu shot through the hospital last week. Billy is still waiting to get a flu shot through the school. Four schools in this area have been closed due to flu. Billy's is not one of them. Right now Paris is out of flu vaccines ( Read more... )

I weighed once again and I'm at 30 lbs total weight loss. I feel great! I hope I can keep it off!

It took alot to get ready for Chloe's party but it turned out great! I took her Friday to get her toenails painted. She gets them painted a lot at the house but I thought she'd like the experience of going to the spa. And...she did. She's such a little princess. My kids took pictures at Sears last week. They did GREAT...they had so much fun dressing up and I think it only took 10 mins to take them...that tells you how much fun they were having.
