Taking a cue from 2 of my friends, I am gonna keep a list of the books I read this year. I warn you, I read a lot of odd things, but as long as I enjoy it, I don't care. I don't have much else to do other than playing WoW (which I now seem to be addicted to)or puttering around the house ( Read more... )

Well the stuff I read is not the same type of stuff you read. But if I do read something you might like I will let you know. You might want to look at the Thursday next series by Jasper Fforde. It is strange but you might like it. I have read the 4 that are out as has Aaron. We both like them.

Cool. I will have to check them out. I know we don't always agree on books, but I am always willing to read something new. The newest book I am working on is auctually a nonfiction book on the 6 Wives of King Henry VIII. But you have given me some good suggestions before. I seem to remember I loved Bridget Jones' Diary.

Check out The Book of Shadows. I forgot who the author is but it's a very... interesting book. Twisted plot-lines and lots of intrigue, not to mention an absolutely gorgeous set of descriptions of the settings and such. It's about a hermaphrodite witch in 17/18th century France. Parts of the book are quite sensual while other parts are down right terrifyingly creepy.

I think you'd like it. :)
