Snow days...
So... it snowed here, in Seattle. Then we had 60 mph winds, and lost power for 39 hours and the house got down to 39 degrees (rather funny that the numbers ended up around the same.) On a low note, it was really darn cold, and my stove sort of imploded and my pond pump fried, and my animals and myself were huddled at night all together in the bed ( Read more... ) -

Well, there's this really cool plum tree in our side yard. I planted it years ago when we moved in, I love flowering plums. :) It's now like twenty plus feet tall and gorgeous in the spring.
