So, if you're like me, and you forget to put sunscreen on your feet, beware - that nasty sunburn could turn into an even nastier infection.

Goodness. My foot looks pretty darn gross at the moment. But I've been assured that a few days of antibiotics should clear things up quickly. I might even be able to walk normally in a few days.

Despite my best efforts, I am now the not-so-happy owner of a rather painful sunburn. Honestly, though, since I spend so little time just sitting in the sun, any time spent doing so usually results in serious sunburn. Oh well. There's a mouse in the lodge, and now he's in my bedroom. *whine*

Of course, there are also three large trays of breakfast pastries in my room that have to stay here for now (this is a very, very long story) . . . so I have to find the mouse and chase him out. Meh.

This is so not on my list of things to do right now.

Hello again. I've actually got some down time - the work crews went into town to distribute posters, and I elected to stay here. Why, you ask? Why didn't I go to town, where I could 1) get ice cream and 2) actually USE my cell phone?
