Since there's so many first-time stories of Sherlock not understanding his physical reactions during sex and being overwhelmed, let's have some role-play with this. Except it's John who's in the role of the naive "what is happening to my body?!" one and Sherlock is the self-assured, patient lover driving excited to "overwhelm" his partner who doesn't know what's coming (PUN INTENDED).

Also, it'd be inevitable that Mycroft would be inspired what he saw on CCTV and bringing it home to Anthea and Lestrade (poly triad, of course).
