Because good as they are, I'm having S2!fic overload anonymous March 11 2012, 02:56:49 UTC
...so let's go back to season one?

I'd like to see John get some TLC after the climax of The Blind Banker. I mean, the guy gets clobbered pretty good on the head, threatened with violent death (and judging by his somewhat puzzling reaction to Shan's gun, maybe the first time he's really faced dying since his return from Afghanistan), and all we get is a basic wrap up scene and POW, breakfast the next morning.

Yes, I am sick and miserable and wanting some good old-fashioned shameless HC. :[

uni, sherlock/omc or s. wilkes, tw: abusive relationship, manipulation, dubcon/noncon anonymous March 11 2012, 02:57:38 UTC
i want teen or uni sherlock in a weird, fucked up, manipulative relationship. something that goes into the gritty, gross details and actually tells you about the boyfriend and gives him traits that make it understandable and realistic as to why sherlock stays with him. i want something where the line “it’s supposed to hurt” wouldn’t feel out of place.

John makes a comment about trying to figure on which Bond girl 'is a bloke.' and that's why Sherlock tells him he's trans (Sherlock is, I mean, not John.)
Backpedaling!
add ons for bonus points:
1. All he says is that he is transgendered and doesn't give any specifics, so when John figures he knows what this means, it actually means the opposite, plot twist brought to you by MY LIFE.
or
2. John wants to respect Sherlock as a man, and wasn't into him in that way before, but something about this knowledge makes John kind of...alert around him now, tells himself nothing has changed John can't act normal, wants something, feels horribly guilty.

(Read some things sort of like this, but not exactly. So.)

OP, could you provide a bit of clarification?

For #1, what do you mean by "opposite", in terms of meaning? As in, John thinks trans means X, but Sherlock informs him that it means Y? If so, in what fashion? Or, despite the use of masculine pronouns, do you mean that John figures Sherlock is FtM (as from John's POV, Sherlock's clearly a man), whereas Sherlock eventually tells him nope, MtF (pre- or non-op)? Or vice versa?

Or something that I am probably not thinking of altogether?

The second thing you said (vice versa) is along the lines what I was thinking. Because of how it's said, John thinks he understands that Sherlock is going to start transitioning, that Sherlock is, on this one subject, too self conscious to express what he means and what his needs are (claims he's 'attached' to he as a pronoun, makes John think Sherlock is female identified but afraid to pull the trigger with other people), but it turns out he's well and truly transitioned in his gender expression, just very bad at talking about it. The direction you thought is OK too.

Time of Your Life - Alex Day (lyrics prompt) anonymous March 11 2012, 03:05:54 UTC
I miss our times,
The plans that we made,
I don't want things,
To end this way.

So here we are
Together tonight
I hope you're having the time of your life.

Let's start again,
One step at a time,
We could have something and I want to try.
If you want to try.

Preferably something post-Reichenbach with Sherlock and John getting past all the angst and just being happy they're together again. Gen please.

Age kink - older woman anonymous March 11 2012, 03:07:13 UTC
If that's the right way to phrase it? I'm hoping for current age (or slightly older) Irene and a younger (say 17-19) Sherlock or Molly.

They still look so innocent but Irene can shape them into being just what she wants.

Don't really care about the scenario, so Irene could be a teacher, a neighbor, whatever.

It now dawns on anon that she should have titled this "Ms. Adler, are you trying to seduce me?" Heh.
