i just think they are seriously the worst band i have ever heard; a band who makes really bad music but somehow manages to attach themselves to a lot of shows that people go to see and through that makes some kind of a name for themselves. i dont' know, i just think they're the worst.

that's too bad that a band called V For Vendetta isn't any good, cos they're named after one of the greatest comics ever written. The only way they could make themselves better would be if they changed their name to The Watchmen.

Its one of those super-authoritarian dark future comics. V, the main character, murders politicians and policemen and subverts the media in his fight against the state. It sounds like a wet dream for anarchists, but its really way better than that. Great characters, great plot. Every comic dork in the world (or at least those with good taste) has a copy of this book, so I'm sure you'd have no problem finding someone to borrow it from.
