Afternoon.

Well, wonderful ending to a wonderful story. The rings! Great minds think alike, especially when they're in love. Glad to hear about the ranch that Ennis works at, and will become foreman of if he hasn't already [yes, I do have "Gift of the Magi"!]. Liked how they were able to get away for a weekend, which is a whole lot better than they did in OS...difference is in OS they got away from their lies to have the truth of each other for a short time, while here they already have that truth full time, and took some time to get away from the demands on their time that interfere with that.

Glad you have some ideas from Jack and Ennis still rattling around and wanting to be written. Will like to read about how they got where they are, and about their kids, and more of their adventures.

Thanks so much for finishing this story, which I've followed closely from the beginning. This was a wonderful gift you gave us, in the final chapter and epilogue.

This was a wonderful story and to end it with the two boys in a lake sharing a very special time together and to end it with the exchange of the rings well the circle of love that never has an end in sight was beautiful. You did a very nice job with this entire story and I thank you for sharing it with all of us here in the Brokeback world of hoping and praying for a better world around us. Joe
