Oh this is great Jen, I'm loving it already. Ennis with his obsessional ways and Jack with his chaotic ones....opposites attract! I am really intrigued how this is going to go and I hope we get to see them together in the pub? Also, I'm intrigued by the picture in Ennis's wallet, anything to be worried about? Mmmm, yes, you've got me hooked, cant wait for more!

Thanks, Christine! I'm glad you're enjoying it so far. You know I've been thinking about this story for a long time. Yes, next chapter will take place partly in the pub and partly back at work. Hope I can get it posted on Monday sometime. :)

I'm glad you like it! I had so much fun writing it--and it's based partly on my own workplace, so I could picture it pretty clearly. Stay tuned for chapter two!

Nice start. It's nice to see a story where Ennis is attracted to Jack from the start. I hope their time at the Cellar will start the ball rolling between them. I don't know if Anita is just being nosy or is interested in Ennis herself.
This looks like a fun story.
Thanks. Carole

Thanks! I'm glad you like it. Yes, I want it to be funny and fun with just enough angst to make it interesting. Stay tuned for chapter two . . .

Be interested to see where this goes. Liked this description of today's youth: ..a group of baseball-cap-wearing, feet-shuffling, iPod-bound, sullen-mouthed freshmen.

Yes . . . not my *only* opinion of today's youth, but certainly a type often found hanging around in the hallway outside my office. :) Stay tuned for chapter two!
