It's ridiculous. I get so worked up about all this, too. I can't believe we've come to the point in our society where we aspire to be "Joe Six-Packs". Where intellectualism is looked down on as being elitist. I can't believe we're not reaching for greatness and instead feeling complacent with being average or even below-average

It's really upsetting. Obama and Biden still think marriage = man/woman, but that's miles better than just denying equal rights like McCain wants to do. I'm voting for them but it's still so frustrating to me. I wish we could just grow up.
