"Jamie!" The Doctor had taken all of a few seconds to choose which book she's going in after (because of course, there's no question of not going), but of course having Jamie with her would be brilliant. She slings a friendly arm over his shoulder. "Hello!"

Hey, no worries. :) bonnypiperlad January 31 2011, 05:09:28 UTC
"Doctor!" Jamie seems pleased to see her - and why would he not be? After all, if there's anyone that would be going to look after the book, it would be one of the Doctors. And he's very firmly convinced that the Doctor will need his help.

It doesn't hurt to be sure, though. "Are ye planning on going after one of those books that was mentioned in the note?"

"I had considered it." Which is to say, yes, she is going after it like a boss. She may even have a chart of the Dewey decimel system for the occasion. Because she is awesome like that. "Were you?"

"Aye, well, I'd thought maybe if someone wanted to look they might need someone to help keep an eye out for things."

Somehow, Jamie doesn't think that they're just going to be able to simply waltz in and get these books with no problems. Call it his Highland instinct, if you like. For that reason, he's come with a few extra things that might come in handy as well. Okay, so his idea of that is 'bring an extra weapon or two', but, you know, to each their own.

"So, are we going, then?"

"Yes, I suppose we are." She beams and slings an arm around his shoulder, tugging him off to the library. "After all, what's the worst that could happen?"
