bodipama is most probably 'body perm', referring to loose curls but a lustrous look.
horumon refers to innards of beef or pork and it eaten accompanied with ramen, besides other things.
monjya is 'monjayaki'..there is a Wiki page for it.
about what ruki was saying about dreams, i guess he means that 'it's nice to get so involved in a game that it feels like a dream.'
about what kai says about the money..'(its a YEAH! feeling when) my pocket is bulging with 10,000 yen without me even realising it'
is uruha referring to a 'drinks' bar??.....
'kekkou sono mama' doesn't have a direct translation to english, but loosely, 'sono mama' means 'as it is', so that sentence probably says that ruki does stuff immediately, just as the idea strikes him, irrespective of time or place.
hope this helps a bit..i might be wrong in some places too~
thanks for translating though :D

I'm always amazed by how the katakana pronunciation is so different from english that I can't even tell which english word are they referring to O_o
"horumon"! I'm keep wondering why the Ruki will come up with this answer, hormone..lol, cos this is the only meaning I could find in the dictionary. Now I know what he means^^
about the "dream" parts, I think yours makes more sense!
about the "bar" part, I'm also quite confused, the sentence is "bar wo tabe ni iku"...but I guess you are right, since Uruha love to drink, he probably means going to bar to drink~
thanks for telling me all this^^
