As far as I remember 安林 is Yasumori (the family where that hyper-creepy Nao-chan came from), and 奈緒 means" main branch" (of a family). And I guess that pit is kotatsu (something like this? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kotatsu).

Thanks for the Yasumori bit, I ran through the series in rather a Marathon and tended to only (if at all) memorize the one name a character is usually called.
About the pit thing, it's some sort of hole in which a heater is placed. I assume it's part of a Kotatsu, but I can't be sure, as Ihaven't seen a real Kotatsu yet.
