I would've told the neighbor yeah, I'm selling it, you want to buy anything? Name your price! XD

Then again, I am not the actual owner of a rental home, and if I were I would not do the above, being slightly worried about legal repercussions if I sold a former tenant's belongings when said tenant's abandonment situation was ambiguous, heh.

Nice looking house, though, I hope you get another renter who is good with payments and such and DOESN'T have a batshit wife :D

I'm great! Being a good tenant myself and not going batshit on the landlords GOOD THING, RIGHT? ;3 Just workin' and playin' as usual!

That's good to hear. I'm doing well also, despite crazy batshit nutzoids.

been playing a lot of wow though... too much for my own good! ha
