The other day while peacefully minding my own business I heard someone say "I am riding my bike and talking on my cell phone."  Visual observation confirmed that the speaker was absolutely correct in his statement.  Very confident and aware of his place in the world, was this man riding his bike and talking on his cell phone, and yet I wonder about ( Read more... )

I love my ancient and haunted house, but it has issues, among them being a broken screen and mosquitoes.  I have mostly solved this with stainless steel mesh and nails, but it is not a perfect solution.  The mosquitoes can now only enter after navigating some difficult passages, but they can still enter.  I am still being bitten by mosquitoes, but ( Read more... )
