Are the friends I have only social with me when I play video games with them? Is my friendship with them based on video

You will always be my friend, Jay. Don't forget what I told you long ago. Friends may part, but they always come back. Acquaintences rarely do. These people you associte with on the online games may think you're nothing without you being in the games, but I for one do not.
