chasinbuttterly and darthkud I have been told that hongkong_phooey should be getting our room in the Sheraton. The Renaissance is THE hotel, but if I remember right the Sheraton is to the Renaissance kind of like the Marriott is the the Hyatt at D*Con, and it's closer to the food..and I think we can get to the other hotel without setting foot outside.

First off, for those who don't know Tuesday happens to be my birthday. I'll be old enough to get free money from school, but too old to get any benefits from Dad like insurance under him. I've survived my second Harry Potter book release. It was fun and crazy, and I have to be back there at eight in the morning...however, I forget and misplace things all the time so I had to drive out here to Opelika to get my driver's license where I left it filling out the FAFSA the other night...geez...We're supposed to be having more activities ( Read more... )

This weekend was lots of fun. We (Gimpy, 'thulu, and myself) made the great adventure to Atlanta to see Sara. (If you don't think that would be such a great adventure you don't know my car.) So we, Gimpy and I, are planning an adventure to Atlanta this weekend to visit chasinbutterfly. It's been running pretty well the last few days. In the last two weeks Dad has replaced the fan's motor, fixed some of the wires(they'd melted), fixed a hose, and replaced the thermostat. I've recently discovered the means and the ways to both take screencaps and make animated gifs. Unfortunately some of them are over the size that lj icons can be so Juri and the dancing one will have to be tweaked more before use somehow, but anyways on to the progess so far(including two still ones, one that's just artwork)...
