You know what's nice, in a backward sort of way?

Waking up in the early morning, feeling tired and groggy and wondering how the hell you'll ever make it to work in this condition... then looking at the clock and realizing it's 3 AM and that you in fact have another 3+ hours of blissful oblivion before the moment of truth.

Another day of dieting. Didn't do *quite* so well today as I ate a big dinner (by WW standards) but did once again stand fast against the forces of sugariness. Even though they offered lemon shortcake. I don't know what it *is* with my colleagues ( Read more... )
