Ok. This is the first of hopefully many. Let's start out with where I am right now. I'm 6'2", 183lbs, and 9.2% body fat (Basically I'm tall and thin). I work at night so most times I go to the gym right after I get off work. I've only been going for 2 weeks now so there hasn't been much change. I have been taking Creatine though to help me
