I really want to believe this... that I can change the way my life is going right now. i hope it's true... but

I would argue that this statement isn't necessarily true. I've had strong feelings for people in friendship and love, but I'm also a pretty lethargic and lazy, unmotivated person so it might not necessarily show.

Also, guys tend to be more reserved about these things. Perhaps it's ungentlemanly of me to say so, but Kristen and I both needed a good kick in the pants by outside influences to get things started.

I don't know, it's really different for everyone and every situation, sometimes fate steps in and sometimes fate needs a little helping hand. Of course, I don't even know if I believe in fate beyond merely "that which happens"... oh well.
