I'll be cutting grass tomorrow morning. I'll have to bundle up, but that's not really an issue. The only problem I foresee tomorrow would be if the cold temperatures makes it difficult for my mother's mower to crank.

December has finally come around and my forty forth birthday is soon. Winter doesn't officially start till the twenty first, but temperatures are already getting cold. It managed to dip below freezing last night. I've made good use of the small five hundred watt heater I bought a bit back.

The idea to flip my sketchbook over worked out well. My Etchr book is now finished. I have a new book to work on now along with some new pens. The book is a Paul Ruben's 100% cotton water color block. I think it's a block, I don't really know. It has adhesive on three sides so that the pages lay flat. So October has arrived right after a hurricane blew through. The power was out for a few days. We had a generator after the first day, but just like last time it wasn't able to run the air conditioning.

I've stopped taking the generic Benadryl recently. I'm not sure how, but apparently it was causing some kind of interaction. My gums were growing over a tooth that had chipped off. The tooth not being perfectly flat and smooth combined with my gums being soft squishy flesh was already causing a small amount of discomfort. I later noticed that after ( Read more... )

I'm pretty sure I had Covid at the start of this month. Fever and nausea at the beginning. Dr.Pepper still taste off. Orange juice tasted funny so I opted to not drink the rest of it. That's when it occurred to me it was the Covid messing with me. At least the nasty part of it is over and I can eat.

The hat was just a little small, but still manageable. Summer rain is starting to pick up and the grass is responding. I recently came down with something. Thankfully my strength has returned already and I'm back to eating normally. It's been a few days sense I started feeling normal again so I'm guessing I'm in the clear already.
