Oh I'm so completely in love with this. I love that Joe's relationship with Miley is so different from Nick's, and how the breakup doesn't just affect the two of them, it affects Joe so much because he gets Nick back, but he also loses Miley, augh.

when Nick wanders into their dressing room drained and weary, like he’s just taken a weight off of his shoulders and put a heavier one there in it’s place.

MY HEART IS BROKEN. (In a good way though, I swear.) Amazing job.

So, um, firstly, I am so flattered that you even read this, let alone loved it. I am a massive fan of your fic, and to be able to write even a tenth as good as you would satisfy me :)

This was so beautiful and heartbreaking and so, so good. I love all of the little snip bits here because they're perfectly spaced out and seem to capture the perfect emotions and just the important parts of Joe/Miley. They're just so cute and they fit and of course Joe would fall in love with her.

And how he needs to be there for Nick, but he misses her and wishes he could still be there for her like before. It just makes me hurt a lot for them.

The feel of this whole thing is great, it's riding a thin line between happy and hopeful and heartbreak and it works so well. Thank you so, so much for writing Joe/Miley.

I'm so ecstatic that the process of Joe falling in love with her came across as believable, it was so odd to write at first because it's Joe. And Miley. I mean, what. But then suddenly it made so much sense and you wonder why they're not together yet ♥
