I suppose, all things considered, I am doing fairly well. I'm trying to think of this as a new experience, quite like the time when Bobsie and I took a set of salt-blocks from the stables to slide down the hill towards the old shanty where the groundskeeper would drink away his sorrows. Those briney-bolters punched right through his wall, and we were certain he'd attempt to give us rightful throttling. We ran and ran for what seemed like hours before we discovered that the coot was so glazed over with libation that he did nothing more than complain of a slight breeze and roll right back over!
