Kamui wasn't particularly excited about this visit to Fuuma. He wasn't in a hurry - unlike the previous few times he had met the other. The reason is simple - because Fuuma wasn't Fuuma any longer. I went back to the farm the other day, and I played with the little chicks there.
I couldn't bear to go see Kazahane... Someone, please help me look after him. He's a fine horse.. A really tame one. So please.. -

I've been too naive.. I believed that Fuuma was here.. I actually believed that he came back... He isn't Fuuma.. He had never been Fuuma..

Kamui had invited Keiichi over to his hut that day, after all, he wanted to celebrate Keiichi's birthday for him. To Kamui, birthdays were important, and he made it a point not to forget birthdays.
