US drug policy confuses me in one aspect especially. There's a whole lot of draconian shit going on, but that doesn't really confuse me as such. What I get confused by is medical cannabis laws. How 12 or 13 states allow medical cannabis, yet the federal government and the remaining 40-odd state governments don't acknowledge its merit as a medicine ( Read more... )
