I worry about Minseok sometimes. I wonder if he does feel like this. I hope he doesn't. He is important to the group dynamics and its obvious that all the members respect and listen to him... He danced more in Christmas Day but I can't help but hope that he will have a bigger singing and dancing role in the future. He's the second best dancer in M and in the top 3 of the whole of EXO imo. Its just that he doesn't get the spotlight enough so not enough peopl know this. Rantover. Sorry for longass comment! This is just something that gets me worked up ever so slightly lol

and i feel the same too ;;; not many people notice him at first (i'm guilty of that too lol) but then as i started getting to know exo more, i realised that he was actually rly rly talented and it's sad to see it glossed over like that. idk i just hope he gets more appreciation in the near future :|

this is just... oh god where do i even begin with this piece of writing because I LOVE IT SO MUCH? i'm so in love with the way you word things, the flow of this is excellent and idk it just feels really quiet and reflective, much like the character (minseok) that you're writing about?

but it’s not because i’m optimistic, it’s because when i smile it gets easier to hold the tears in and pretend i’m not about to fall apart any second. GOODBYE HEART ;;;; and dreams dissipate into vapour when the lights blink off and they remove the gaudy stage makeup, leaving nothing but vulnerable boys scrubbed clean and stripped bare. the only makeup he can’t remove, however, is the gaudily false smile he wears everywhere nowadays. like how do you WRITE THESE BEAUTIFUL THINGS <3 i really like how you captured that disguise of make up minseok puts on vs the personality that minseok is supposed to portray as an idol re: the masks idols put on to appeal to the audience? where they're basically the same thing -- the make up and the way they behave????

it’s pretty disappointing to discover you’re bad at something. what’s going to make you feel even worse, though, is realising that you’re inadequate at something you love got me bad because that's literally me for the past 6 years and i'm thinking wtf am i doing here again and again--

i really wish minseok gets his spotlight soon because since i first came into the fandom around mid, i still haven't seen what's his charm, one that distinguishes him among the other eleven, and that makes me feel immensely guilty because that is exactly what this fic is about.
