Okay, so I can barely lift anything today...yesterday's practice was a killer. To give you an idea, here's what we did yesterday.
A warm-up jog up the hill to Monty's (restaurant)
Ladders and jump rope for three minutes apiece three times
20 push-ups, 60 crunches, and 20 more push-ups
Holds for 45 seconds four times
A paced walk up to the stadium
