I made cabbage rolls for dinner. I used this recipe, except I used a cup of cooked rice instead of the bread and milk panade they suggest. I'm sorry, their tasters are on crack-- a cabbage roll without rice in the filling is not a cabbage roll, it's some kind of bizarre cabbage-wrapped meatball!

I'm just engrossed in the e-book reader I got (early) for my birthday. My project right now is figuring out how to reformat PDF knitting patterns so they are readable.

Working up my Thanksgiving Menu, and I have two butternut squashes to use. I've made this recipe a couple times, but it's just way too sweet. Anyone know a butternut squash recipe that's just a little bit on the sweet side?
