the perfect prescription
sometimes i just fall into an album or a song or a line. and it will just stop and make me think of something specifically. i find when i first awake listening to music can really set the tone for what's ahead.
i'm really excited to be able to play music in a public forum next saturday.
i don't want to take all the little things for granted.

we went to see the Illuminati play at club z tonight. they were extremely loud.
i took audio engineering and they had an audiologist come in and "inform" us of the dangers of loud sounds. i bought some cheap earplugs with the intent of, yes you guessed it, actually wearing them. mmmm of course i always bloodly well forget them sitting on the ( Read more... ) -

oh wow. The Stills were so good last night. i really enjoyed the venue. which sorta surprised me. very small with excellent sight lines. not too busy perfect. just strolled right in and was able to see facial expressions, strumming patterns, drum fills. such a good time. then club z. and major major dance party!
