So this past week or so has been the worst I've ever had being in college. Everyday I spend time studying math proofs and learning definitions. This week started off with me studying until 2:30am on Saturday, Sunday and Monday for my bloody statistics homework due wednesday. Discrete test today, all proofs. It was actually a relief since i've been studying proof writing non stop since this semester started, the hard part is just remembering all the definitions precisely so i can build up the proof. (x+a)^2=x^2+a^2     THIS IS GARBAGE

Just typing that makes a little bit of me die inside

Now let me give 2 examples that hints at  why it's wrong
if we had... say   (2+3)^2 ,     here "x" became 2 and "a" became 3 from the above
but that is like saying (5)^2

Today I spent four hours writing scripts in Matlab. Holy cow do my eyes hurt.  Hanging out at the fireside lounge, blagging. HA! math development has been kind of slow this semester, only because I studied over the break and therefore feel no need to restudy. I know, slacker for sure. In other news, I have an interview with RMYC on Thursday for a mentoring position. I'm pretty stoked.
