I did always feel Commercial Road was a disappointing deviation from the gay utopia I'd envisioned; glad to have shared concensus on this.

Hmm ... there's no one single best memory. I loved the whole thing. Actually, I tell a lie, we had the most amazing dinner on Lygon Street. :)

I can't remember the name of the place but the dude who runs the joint is called Luigi! With a name like that you know you're in good hands :)

If you go in search of it it's the the last place on the strip on the right hand side of the road.
