I've recently had a few 'no-hands' massages. I'm not sure what the benefits of being massaged with forearms and elbows are but it was ok. The only thing I didn't like was the 'what do you want to get out htis experience?' questions. My particular 'favourites' were the 'what will the receptionist/your friends/the dog on the street notice different about you when you leave?'
And apparently wanting to feel more relaxed isn't a good enough answer. I think I may just continue bribing bea_in_a_bonnet to periodically prod my shoulders. At least she provides commentary to whatever is on tv at the same time.
Hello again - I've noticed that you are having intermittent internet issues - Grr, what a pain in the arse!
My new job is as a nutritional advisor for an organic retailer. Not that grand or exciting, but at least relevant to what I am studying..
The best thing about having massages in foreign countries is that they can't ask you those types of questions - or if they can, you feign non comprehension!!
