Temporarily malfunctioning

If I could find the will to post something interesting I would. It's not as if I haven't been busy, just that the little happy spark has disappeared from life at present. I'm being followed around by this shadow of despondency, struggling to sleep at night and spending the daylight hours wandering around like a blank eyed zombie. Time to get a ( Read more... )

Derek was bloody good on that piano, I think most people would feel a bit of jealousy towards him if they had an interest in music.

I'd like a small portion of heavy metal toxicity to start, followed by a main course of Staphylococcus aureus please :-)

Hope things are looking a bit more hopeful this morning. Some days you've just got to admit defeat and get yer head down.

I'm feeling much better now.. Just overcome with an irrepresible urge to moan as this insurance thing has been dragging on with no end in sight. I'll be victorius in the end!

Why on earth aren't they paying out? Dead right they're crappy outfits. I think the trouble is probably that they know "now if we delay all our payments a couple more months, the interest will be tons..."

Oooh, heavy metal toxicity. I have a conundrum at home: I like to run the tap until it's cold, but that probably means I tend to always drink water that's been sitting in the lead pipes under the house. Now "they" assure me that after a hundred years or whatever they'll be all furred up and safe, but... maybe I should get myself a fiddle and attempt to play it while burning things down. Yes, that sounds like a good idea.

I don't know! At each step of the way they've been holding out until the threat of legal action hangs over them. It is so frustrating and I'm rendered powerless to achieve anything myself. It is always the little person on the receiving end that suffers the most, whilst these companies sit on their mounds of money and refuse to pay. It's no wonder people are driven to extreme deeds in fits of rage!

Ah, lead poisoning, everyone's favourite! If at some point you start to go a bit crazy we'll know those pipes weren't safe!
