I'll have you know I cycled to Costcutters of Sunninghill, bought chicken flavour Super Noodles, cycled home, consumed said noodles, made cup of tea, opened Anne Marie Patisserie brownie, consumed said tea and brownie, switched laptop on, played several games of patients, began work, continued patients, continued patients, continued work, ate sweet herb Thai Bites, continued patients, continued work, continued to eat Thai Bites, and so on until six of the clock. All in all, I worked more than I skived. Have nearly finished my appraisal and I even wrote a spiffing reflection on my Assertive Skills Course. Great stuff.

Well, you'd presumably write to the the customore research people at http://www.livejournal.com/press/staff.bml and threaten them with the prolonged application of a stout stick to regions unpleasant if no sticker is forthcoming.

Patience child, patience. It's a virtue don't you know? At least I am Angliated enough to attempt not to call it "solitaire".

the 'solitaire' name hacks me off. solitaire is the game with the glass balls in the cross shape and the empty hole in the middle where you have to end up with one ball in the middle hole (jesus this sounds dodgy). you know what i'm talking about, though obviously the yanks don't. perhaps it's a bit too complex for them to bother with. (that sounds harsh - maybe i should retract that last statement?!?)
