I went back up to St. Joe's this weekend to visit.  I had an awesome time.  My father got upset about me wanting to drive the new car up so I was guilted into taking the train.  As usual, I got lost in a book and missed my stop...but it's all good.  I just had to take the red line to the orange line instead of just taking the orange line to North ( Read more... )

Well, you know what they say, you learn something new every day.  I took Leo down to the beach at Watch Hill today, and here's what we learned:

1)  Leo is terrified of horseshoe crabs, both alive and dead.   Especially the dead ones. 
2)  It's mating season for the horseshoe crabs, and they're EVERYWHERE!!

I'm so fucking pissed.  I FINALLY got my Women's Studies grade back (an A!!), and I now have my GPA (semester=3.52, cumulative=3.68) but I can't be on the Dean's List and if I go on with my Women's Studies minor, I never will again.  Why?  Because in order to qualify for the Dean's List, all of my credits have to come from St. Joe's courses.  A USM ( Read more... )
