Well I'm pretty sure that ain't the little academy student Muguruma found. Is that the only Fujiwara mentioned anywhere? I didn't think it was that uncommon a name.

It's not--but it's the only Fujiwara Kumiko that I found.

No, that would be a more recent phenomenon. According to the lineage charts, the noble clan..."disbanded" seems like the wrong word, but they are no longer recognized as a noble house as of 200 years ago. So it's not impossible, just not in the records. At least the ones I looked at.
