Actually, some blood banks do pay rather well for plasma.

Congrats!

I second the plasma idea.

And there's that $75-for-two-hours focus group flyer I gave you (it was in an envelope with another flyer advertising a minimum wage night job at the same place -- another way to make extra cash). If they are running a focus group soon that you qualify for, it's a quick way to get cash (they pay in cash on the spot).

You could always ebay or craigslist some stuff that you don't want anymore too for extra cash.

Plasma takes hours to do, and it hurts like a bitch the next day. They use a needle big enough to stick a finger it--the damn thing is SCARY.

About the background check--if they call me, should I tell them about the time you forced orphans to sell the heroin you had produced? Or is that still supposed to be a secret?

I know everything there is to know about donating Plasma. I did it for quite awhile.
Let me start by saying that you have to see if you qualify to donate plasma. IF you do, then the process- in Michigan anyway- was is very clean and sterile. The needle IS big but the machine that collectes the plasma is cool.
Remember though, that your immune system is crap for a long time afterwards but they do pay you money.
