Today during lecture the professor related an anecdote about the researcher who discovered restriction enzymes. He was a classic researcher, working off of government grants. I have the distinct honor of being one of the few adults to have screwed up Jell-O (If you freeze it by accident and then let it thaw, it doesn't gel), but I never ever thought even I could screw up Mac and Cheese.

Until now.

Wow.

Apparently overboiling the pasta turn Mac and Cheese into orange glue.

This may be really cool.
