I've been eating three meals per day. I eat what my toddler eats, except for the full-fat milk. Every bite is a struggle. I can't wait for this to be over so I can have control over my own body again. I'm not even joyful about the pregnancy, and I hate that. The new food/exercise plan is going surprisingly well so far. I'm feeling stronger.

Now if spring would just hurry up and get here, all will be good.

I'm going to try 1,000 cals/day plus 1-hour cardio six days/week. Starting now.

The fat fast thing just is not for me.

Starting the fat fast again today. Last time I didn't make it through 2 days because of a bad headache and stomach cramps. Hopefully, now that I know what to expect, this will be a little easier. I want to finish 3 days.

Do I need photoshop or something like that in order to get a LJ icon? Is that the only way?

I pigged out like crazy today. Don't know what the problem was, either. I was pissed at Dave a little (he's not helping at all while I run around like a mad woman cleaning, etc), but I wasn't really frazzled enough to eat a bunch of sugar over it. Sometimes I get mad at my mom because she never calls, writes, or emails me, but pretends (to her friends/co-workers) that she talks to me all the time and knows what my life is like and we're great friends. Then one day she will actually email me, and I feel lousy because she judges me or puts me down in the email, and really has no idea who I am ( Read more... )
